For modern comfort, each room is equipped with a TV/VCR air conditioning, coffee maker, and a bar fridge. For outdoor relaxation, the wrap around veranda is the perfect place. Enjoy visiting with other guests, reading a book, or just listening to the breeze in the trees.

Guests enjoy a full delicious breakfast in our elegant dining room. Breakfast includes juice, fresh coffee, teas, fruit, and the entree. The dining table is adorned with fine china, crystal and silver and each day a different breakfast is served. We delight our guests by serving our candlelit breakfast in period clothing.

The Heritage House is best suited for adults and children 12 years and older. The B&B cannot accommodate pets seeing as there is a resident cat. The Heritage House is a smoke-free environment; however, for the comfort and pleasure of our guests, we provide wicker chairs on our veranda. The Heritage House is a Tourism B.C. Approved Accommodation and a Canada Select 4 star Bed and Breakfast. We are located just 14 kilometers north on highway 97 from Penticton and 4 hours from Vancouver (map).
